Project In-Charge/Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project In-Charge / Site Engineer with expertise in STONES and MARBLE to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution of projects, maintain quality standards, and collaborate effectively with the team and clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise the installation of stone and marble works at project sites.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues related to stone and marble installation and provide expert guidance to the team.
• Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Oversee material selection, procurement, and inventory management specific to stone and marble.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and present updates to stakeholders.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices for stone and marble works.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 5 yrs or more year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• With experience in architectural / fit-out works
• Hardworking, can work efficiently under time pressure
• Can perform multiple tasks
• Can handle and finish a project independently
• Responsible and has a sense of urgency
• Willing to be assigned in BAMBAN TARLAC, NEW CLARK CITY
• Full-Time position(s) available.
