  • Handles building plans, blueprints, Bid Documents, Contract Documents and other related papers needed in the Construction/Repair/ Maintenance of LGC Projects .
  • Supervises, checks and approves the finished work with regards to Civil Works and other related jobs.
  • Prepares labor and cost estimates and develops list of materials required for the assigned project/s prior to the approval of the SEVP and/or Approving LGC Officer.
  • Ensures that all materials used for the Company's Projects are of Standard Quality and are as per Specifications.
  • Oversees the overall safety regulations and standards of the company and coordinates with the SEVP/ COO for any matters arising there from.
  • Maintains inventory of accountability of company-issued construction tools and equipment and receipts of supplies and materials.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Civil/ Electrical Engineering.
  • With at least 5 years working experience in building maintenance.
  • With at least two years of specialized experience as working leader.
  • Preferably possesses at least a valid non-professional driver's license.
  • Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga.
