We're looking for a passionate and experienced Site Architect to join our team.

In this role, you'll take the lead in overseeing the on-site realization of architectural designs, ensuring that every detail aligns with the project's vision, technical requirements, and quality standards. You'll bridge the gap between design intent and construction execution — collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to bring ideas to life on the ground.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and coordinate all on-site architectural activities, ensuring design integrity and compliance with drawings and specifications.
  • Work closely with the design and construction teams to resolve technical and design issues during implementation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety and building regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain clear communication and address project challenges proactively.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups to ensure consistency with design intent.
  • Contribute to maintaining a collaborative, solution-driven site culture that upholds excellence and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Architectural license is must.
  • At least 3 years of experience in architectural site supervision or construction management
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office applications
  • Knowledgeable in construction methodologies, materials, and building codes
  • Experience in coordinating with contractors, engineers, and consultants
  • Strong project management, documentation, and communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving ability on-site
  • Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Preferably residing in San Fernando or nearby towns
