About the role

You will support the smooth execution of onsite activities across markets, ensuring our online store delivers an engaging and seamless shopping experience. This role focuses on executional excellence — from refreshing product and campaign pages to maintaining site accuracy and content. You will work closely with Senior Executives for Merchandising and Marketing, as well as cross-functional teams, to keep our site updated, accurate, and optimised.

Main Responsibilities:

Performance & Analysis

  • Serve as the revenue owner for Hong Kong and International online channels, driving growth and performance
  • Support regular performance reviews and site checks to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing reports and updates for weekly reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimisation actions.

Onsite & Website Management

  • Assist in executing onsite refreshes across homepage, PLPs, CLPs, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Conduct previews and checks to ensure campaign readiness and smooth customer journey.
  • Maintain and update onsite content such as banners, menus, search terms, and influencer/UGC features.

Product & Content Support

  • Assist in catalogue management, including product mapping, copywriting, and content updates.
  • Provide executional support for sale set-up and other marketing initiatives.
  • Manage requests from country teams and coordinate timely execution.

Critical success factors & key challenges:

  • Achieve 100% of Hong Kong & International Online target
  • Drive YoY growth in traffic and CR
  • Deliver 100% accuracy in onsite content updates.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–2 years' experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field (internship/entry-level experience welcome).
  • Relevant degree in business, marketing communications or other relevant fields.
  • Proficient in basic copywriting
  • Extreme ownership and a self-starter who is hands-on with a 'get things done' attitude
  • Gritty and able to work under pressure; comfortable to navigate through uncertainty
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Performance-centric mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets
  • Commercial savviness and customer centric mindset
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail, with the ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and financial metrics to make data-driven decisions.
