Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an E-Commerce Supervisor. The E-Commerce Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, manage sales processes, monitor performance metrics, and ensure excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for business planning, sales operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of e-commerce strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business Planning
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service
- Experience in Sales Operations
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in e-commerce or a similar role is a plus
