Position Title: E-Commerce Associate

Work Location: Leon Guinto St., Malate, Manila

Position Overview:

The E-Commerce Associate is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth execution of online sales, promotions, and customer engagement. The role will oversee online store performance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement strategies that enhance user experience, optimize product visibility, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform & Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings, pricing, stocks, and promotions are updated and accurate.
  • Monitor platform performance, order fulfillment, returns, and customer inquiries to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams for on-time order processing and delivery.

Sales & Performance Tracking

  • Track and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and online traffic to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the development of strategies to achieve monthly and annual e-commerce sales targets.

Visual Merchandising & Content

  • Ensure digital storefronts and product pages reflect brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for banners, visuals, and content updates.
  • Optimize product descriptions, photos, and SEO for higher visibility and engagement.

Customer Experience & Engagement

  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews, ensuring quick resolution of issues and consistent service excellence.
  • Support initiatives to enhance customer experience (e.g., loyalty programs, personalized offers).

Team & Vendor Coordination

  • Supervise e-commerce associates and provide guidance on daily tasks.
  • Liaise with platform partners (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Shopify) and external vendors for system or campaign requirements.
  • Ensure alignment between e-commerce operations, marketing, and retail teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, online sales, or digital retail is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee).
  • Skilled in digital merchandising, analytics, and online campaign execution.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
