Role Overview:

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you need to ensure that your team meets sales targets and exceeds client expectations. This role involves coordinating team schedules and collaborating with the Team Leader and Key Account Manager to set and achieve goals.

Essential funtion:

  • Sales Target Management: Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets set by our clients. Analyze data, trends, and customer behavior to optimize strategies for maximum sales performance.

  • Team Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and organize team activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and coverage to meet client needs. Coordinate team members' schedules for seamless project execution.

  • Goal Setting and Coordination: Collaborate with the Team Leader and Key Account Manager (KAM) to establish clear objectives and strategies aligned with client goals. Communicate and update the team regularly on targets and performance metrics.

  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on project progress, sales performance, and critical metrics regularly. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.

  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of each team member monthly

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Previous experience in FMCG Category is preferred

  • Proven experience in e-commerce platform sales, project management, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven expertise in e-commerce platforms: Extensive experience working as an e-commerce specialist on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop is essential. Knowledge of various campaigns, strategies, and best practices specific to these platforms is a must.

  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday
