The E-commerce Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth through effective management of relationships with e-commerce platforms (Lazada, TikTok, Shopee, etc.), enablers for e-commerce platforms management and fulfillment, and the company's internal web store. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, optimizing product listings, and enhancing the overall performance of the company's e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong negotiation skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to analyze platform data to boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement:

  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets across all e-commerce platforms and the internal web store.

  • Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics to ensure targets are consistently met.

  • Platform Management:

  • Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional activities on Lazada, TikTok, and Shopee to maximize visibility and sales.

  • Collaborate with platform and or enabler representatives to identify sales opportunities, promotional deals, and campaigns.

  • Fulfillment Management:

  • Negotiate and manage relationships with fulfillment enablers and or internal fulfillment to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics.

  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, while minimizing shipping delays and errors.
