We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to focus on outbound sales and appointment setting for our ISV partners. You will make outbound calls, utilizing Salesforce, MS products, Google Apps, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Your role involves building client relationships, navigating software, and pitching new technologies during cold calls.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with multiple systems & tools like salesforce MS products etc.
- Outbound calls of 60-80 calls a day trying to source and set up appointments for our ISV partner and be able to easily navigate tools like google apps for email calendar and meetings.
- Understand and use LinkedIn sales navigator to obtain key attributes and contact for clients.
- Work fulltime on the phones with stable internet connection, be able to pivot focus to clients specific needs.
- Build rapport with various clients from outbound dialing.
- Cold calling potential clients and pitch them on embracing new technology.
- Understanding scheduling and basic time management principles.

Technical Skills & ISP Requirements
- Superior web navigation and computer skills
- Familiar with google apps, understand technology and different software programs - such as outbound dialer, salesforce and outreach a plus, scheduling on calendar day to day, zoom/google meetings.
- Must have a strong and stable internet connection at home.
- With at least 25 mbps postpaid subscription and proof of internet billing; actual internet speed of at least 20 mbps download and not less than 10 mbps upload.
Experience, Education, Age
- Candidates must have at least one year of BPO experience, including but not limited to B2B outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Advertising knowledge is a plus.
- At least 2 years in College, any course or Senior High School graduate or its equivalent.
- Must be of legal age to work in the Philippines; minimum of 18 years old.
