Receives and proofreads RRD and shipping documents thru the FS System, prepares import/export declarations, prepares import/export permits/clearances applications and monitors status of declarations thru the VASP.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Customs Administration.
  • Basic knowledge in the use of MS Office Applications.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives and proofreads RRD and shipping documents thru the FS System.
  • Prepares export/import declarations.
  • Prepares export/import permit/clearances applications.
  • Monitors status of declarations thru the VASP.
  • Checks arrival details of shipment.
  • Request funds for payment of shipment charges.
  • Provides a shipment status report to Sales & Services Department
