The Brokerage Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end shipment coordination for both sea and air freight in accordance with client requirements. This includes preparing reports, obtaining and verifying shipping documents, monitoring shipment progress, and ensuring accurate and complete billing documentation. The role also involves close coordination with operations, shippers, consignees, and other logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and service quality.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare report according to to client's requirements
  • Handles booking for both Sea and Air
  • Obtains commercial invoices, packing list and other shipping documents from other forwarders and carriers
  • Coordinates pick up and to delivery from operations, shipper and consignee (door to door)
  • Monitors shipment from loading, transport, clearance and delivery to consignee's designated delivery place
  • Assist in handling and resolving claims
  • Updates status of shipment daily/weekly/monthly as required by client
  • Ensure billings are complete attachments (POD, Original receipts, customs documents etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Customs Administration
  • With a minimum of one (1) year experience as Quality Service Officer of equivalent position
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
