Messaging and M365 Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective and timely support to the business
  • Help manage Messaging and M365 environment
  • Respond to client support requests
  • Monitor team Service Now queue
  • Create process and testing documentation in TEAMS channel
  • Create detailed documentation
  • Participate in Change Advisory Board Meetings
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call rota
  • Occasional travel to other offices as needed

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related.

Required Skills

  • Proven 10+ years work experience in Messaging support environment
  • Experience in a large complex Messaging environment with MS Exchange Server and Exchange Online hybrid
  • Powershell scripting
  • Office 365
  • MS Teams
  • OneDrive
  • Active Directory
  • Intune
  • Entra ID
  • Rightfax/Fax2Mail
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
  • Any migration experience useful
  • Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems
  • Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary
  • Flexible approach to working different shift patterns to accommodate business needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Can work individually and collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can tailor communication style as appropriate for Upper Management, Fellow Technicians, Business Customers
