Messaging and M365 Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective and timely business support
  • Manage Messaging and M365 environment (Exchange Server/Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID, etc.)
  • Respond to client support requests and monitor ServiceNow queues
  • Develop and maintain process, testing, and technical documentation
  • Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings
  • Be part of the 24x7 on-call rotation and travel occasionally as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 8-10 years of proven work experience in
    Messaging support environments
    [non-negotiable]
  • Expertise in large, complex environments with Microsoft Exchange Server & Exchange Online Hybrid, PowerShell scripting, Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory, Intune, Entra ID and Rightfax / Fax2Mail
  • Strong troubleshooting and migration experience
  • Excellent communication skills (with leadership, peers, and end-users)
  • Flexible with shift patterns and available for occasional travel
