Work Schedule: EMEA shift, flexibility if business need

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related.
  • Proven 10+ years work experience in Messaging support environment.
  • Experience in a large complex Messaging environment with
  • MS Exchange Server and Exchange Online hybrid/ Powershell scripting /Office 365/ MS Teams/ OneDrive/ Active Directory / Intune / Entra ID/ Rightfax/Fax2Mail
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
  • Any migration experience useful
  • Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
  • Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary.
  • Flexible approach to working different shift patterns to accommodate business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Can work individually and collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can tailor communication style as appropriate for

Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective and timely support to the business
  • Help manage Messaging and M365 environment.
  • Respond to client support requests.
  • Monitor team Service Now queue
  • Create process and testing documentation in TEAMS channel
  • Create detailed documentation
  • Participate in Change Advisory Board Meetings
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
  • Occasional travel to other offices as needed
