JOB SUMMARY: The Content Marketing Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across various platforms and utilizing analytics to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and resonates with the target audience of the brand/s assigned, working closely with the content marketing specialist.
  • Collaborate with internal divisions, cross-departments, and external service providers to ensure consistency in brand messaging and meeting timelines.
  • Ensure content produced, written, and published is error-free and adheres to the brand standards
  • Foster a sense of community among users by creating and curating content that resonates with our audience.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with brand advocates and influencers within the community.
  • Support trade marketing initiatives such as offline events (weekends and out-of-office), and workshops through content, activations, and KOL / influencer management.
  • Identify trends and utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Provide regular reports on community engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness.
  • Negotiate and work closely with KOL, influencers, and brand ambassadors

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising
  • Fresh Grad to 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Project management skills
  • Creative and has great storytelling skills
  • Has a curated portfolio of works
  • Can work on-site 5 days a week in Mandaluyong and attend events as needed
  • Can work independently and collaboratively
  • Able to use editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge in Meta Ads is a plus
  • Strong social media presence

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
