Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Consultant (M365 / O365) who can act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, bridging technology solutions with organizational needs. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills to understand requirements, communicate technical options in business terms, and ensure that Microsoft 365 / Office 365 solutions deliver measurable value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into actionable M365/O365 solution designs and roadmaps.
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions to align stakeholders on solution approaches.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and expectations management.
  • Provide advisory support on Microsoft 365 / Office 365 adoption, governance, and best practices.
  • Guide stakeholders through change management and user adoption initiatives for tools like Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
  • Manage stakeholder feedback, set realistic timelines, and provide regular project updates.
  • Support issue resolution by coordinating across technical teams and communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build long-term relationships with stakeholders by positioning Microsoft solutions as enablers of business productivity and collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of experience as an IT Consultant or similar role, with strong exposure to Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
  • Proven track record of stakeholder management across multiple business functions.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for non-technical audiences.
  • Solid understanding of M365/O365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform).
  • Experience leading requirement-gathering workshops, solution presentations, and training sessions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Microsoft certifications are an advantage (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert)
