Pay range: We value transparency and want to ensure a good fit for both parties. We encourage applicants who are comfortable within the salary range of Php 60,000 to 81,000 to apply.

We're seeking a proactive and skilled Application Analyst to take ownership of our Microsoft 365 and Atlassian platforms, ensuring they are optimised, adopted, and continuously improved to meet evolving business needs.

This role sits at the intersection of technology and user experience. You'll be responsible for the health, performance, and strategic enablement of our collaboration estates—supporting users, driving adoption, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver value through digital tools.

What will you do as an Application Analyst?

Reporting to the Service Manager – Collaboration Solutions, your accountabilities will include:

• Act as the subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) platforms
• Manage platform configuration, updates, and integrations to ensure optimal performance
• Lead adoption initiatives, including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement
• Monitor usage and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide expert-level support and guidance to users across the organisation
• Collaborate with Service Management to embed ITIL-aligned processes
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition of new features and services into BAU
• Capture and analyse user feedback to inform platform enhancements and roadmap planning

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:

Essential:

• 3–5 years' experience in a similar role managing collaboration platforms
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Atlassian tools
• Experience in user enablement, training delivery, and change management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data and drive decisions
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service transition processes

Desirable:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Atlassian, Change Management) are a plus
