About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at Corporate Visions Inc'. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Kapitolyo Pasig City Metro Manila. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving client queries through various non-voice channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  2. Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on open cases
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective customer service
  6. Adhering to service level agreements and key performance indicators

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  3. Proficiency in using various customer service software and tools
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  5. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the business-to-business (B2B) industry
  6. Familiarity with the customer service best practices and industry standards
