About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at Corporate Visions Inc'. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Kapitolyo Pasig City Metro Manila. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving client queries through various non-voice channels.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
- Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on open cases
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective customer service
- Adhering to service level agreements and key performance indicators
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficiency in using various customer service software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the business-to-business (B2B) industry
- Familiarity with the customer service best practices and industry standards
