About the role
StaffSmart Outsourcing is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bridgetowne, Pasig. As a full-time Customer Service Representative (Travel Account) - Airlines, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients in the travel industry.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound calls from customers and responding to email inquiries efficiently and effectively
- Providing accurate information and guidance on travel-related services and products
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Updating customer records and maintaining detailed transaction logs
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to deliver high-quality service
What we're looking for
- No BPO experience needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Fluency in English and the local language
