As our business continues to expand, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent support across all our online platforms.
Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing a high volume of customer interactions — primarily via email (through eDesk), with some support via live chat and occasional phone calls. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a high standard of written communication while resolving customer issues quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle 180–200 customer emails per day via eDesk, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Provide support through live chat and limited phone calls when necessary.
Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and order adjustments in line with company policies.
Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal departments (warehouse, dispatch, product, etc.) to resolve escalations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and platform policies.
Record and report common customer issues to help improve processes and service quality.
Requirements
Proven experience in eCommerce customer service (Amazon, eBay, or online store environment).
Strong proficiency in eDesk (required).
Good written English communication — grammar, spelling, and tone are critical.
Ability to manage a high volume of inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
