About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Hiessence Consumer Goods Trading. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the vital link between our company and our valued customers, providing high-quality support and fostering lasting relationships. This is a full-time position based in our Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner
  2. Resolving customer issues and complaints, working to find mutually satisfactory solutions
  3. Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members
  4. Providing customers with information about our products, services, and policies
  5. Actively listening to customer needs and providing personalized recommendations
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet
  4. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  5. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations
