We are actively seeking a passionate and driven Fresh Grad Technology Associate or IT Support to join our Team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and help desk assistance to customers nd clients, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and user accounts.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and other IT equipment..
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical needs and help implement effective IT solutions.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and support procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Perform basic training to end users on commonly used software and systems.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of IT support, troubleshooting, and computer hardware/software.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and web-based platforms.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field.
