  • Minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in systems support, IT operations, or banking/financial services, with exposure to retail credit systems
  • Proven track record in leading system support teams and managing end-to-end system operations (preferably ProcessMaker or Loan Origination Systems)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL tools, and programming/scripting languages (e.g., PHP, HTML, JavaScript)
  • Solid experience with process optimization, change management, and project management
  • Deep understanding of lending, credit approval, and loan origination processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
