The Accounts Manager (Senior Role) plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving account growth, and maximizing financial profitability. They lead a team of accounts managers and associates, ensuring exceptional client service, strategic guidance, and effective project execution.

Responsibilities:

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Lead Creative Ideation and Agency Revert Development: Take the lead in generating innovative ideas and elaborating on agency reverts/pitches to secure successful project proposals.
  • Architect Comprehensive Campaign Strategies: Lead the development of a holistic campaign strategy to ensure the achievement of campaign objectives.
  • Oversee Team Role Assignment: Oversee the delegation of team roles and responsibilities to optimize productivity and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Present Convincing Reverts/Pitches: Assume a key role in presenting agency reverts/pitches to prospective clients, aiming for compelling and persuasive proposals.
  • Manage Seeding Kit Conceptualization: Manage the ideation of seeding kits to maximize their impact in promotional efforts.
  • PLE Direction and Performance Appraisal: Leads the compilation and analysis of post-launch data, synthesizing key findings and trends to assess campaign effectiveness.

BRAND AND CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Prompt and Efficient Brand Team Communication: Prioritize timely and efficient responses to the brand team's inquiries to ensure seamless brand management and collaboration.
  • Tailored Support for Campaign Success: Provide necessary support for client needs related to campaign-specific requests, ensuring a customized approach to meet campaign objectives. Collaborate with the Accounts Director to develop strategic plans for client accounts.
  • Strategic Client-Agency Relationship Building: Focus on nurturing and strengthening client-agency relationships to foster long-term partnerships, trust, and collaborative success.
  • Immediate Brand Engagement and Responsiveness: Maintain a strong and immediate brand-facing presence to ensure proactive and effective brand management, leading to mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to Accounts Managers on client management strategies.

KOL RELATIONS

  • Strategic KOL Communication and Engagement: Drive strategic communication and management of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to achieve specific campaign objectives and performance metrics.
  • Rapid Troubleshooting and Crisis Mitigation: Prioritize swift troubleshooting and crisis management to uphold a positive brand image and minimize disruptions to KOL collaborations.
  • Responsive Brand Inquiry Handling: Ensure timely and comprehensive responses to brand inquiries across various platforms (WhatsApp, Viber, email, etc) to enhance brand engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • KOL MOA Precision: Lead the creation of KOL Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) to ensure clear and mutually beneficial collaboration terms.
  • Enhanced KOL Content Quality: Implement rigorous checks to enhance the quality of KOL-generated content, aligning it with brand standards and campaign goals.
  • Thorough Campaign Details and Toolkit Dissemination: Cascade all campaign details and toolkits comprehensively, ensuring that the entire team is well-informed and equipped for campaign success.
  • Long-term KOL Relationship Building: Focus on sustaining and fostering long-term KOL relationships to drive continued advocacy and support for the brand.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

  • Efficient Event Supplier Coordination and Dissemination: Streamline event supplier coordination and cascade information across the team for effective resource allocation and event success.
  • Strategic Event Conceptualization and Planning: Take the lead in devising a clear and goal-driven event conceptualization and strategy to ensure successful event execution and achievement of objectives.
  • Resourceful Supplier Coordination and Sourcing: Oversee and optimize supplier coordination and sourcing to efficiently secure necessary resources and ensure cost-effective event solutions. Monitor project timelines and budgets. Track project expenses and reconcile budgets
  • Effective Event Day Operations Leadership: Lead and manage event day operations to ensure a smooth and successful execution of the event, aligning it with the predefined strategy and goals.

ADMIN AND BACKEND

  • Finance Coordination
  • Efficient Supplier Transaction Management: Streamline the process for creating, closing, and managing supplier Cost Estimates (CEs) and Key Opinion Leader Memorandums of Agreement (KOL MOAs) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Optimized Tax Compliance: Ensure precise alignment of tax breakdowns to meet regulatory requirements, enhancing financial transparency and accountability.
  • Streamlined Supplier Documentation: Request, collect, and maintain essential supplier documents (such as BIR Form 2303 and Tax Identification Numbers) to support smooth financial operations
  • Client Payment and Budget Management
  • Comprehensive Budget Control: Implement end-to-end budget management, including formalized Cost Estimate(CEs), Certificate of Completion(COCs), and effective tracking of Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Receipts (DR) to manage budgets efficiently.
  • Real-Time PO Sheet Updates: Maintain up-to-date Purchase Order (PO) sheets to provide accurate information on status, supporting informed financial planning and decision-making.
  • Payment Requests Coordination
  • Talent and Supplier Payables Organization: Manage talent payables and supplier payable sheets for effective financial resource allocation and transparency.
  • Timely Payment Request Coordination: Coordinate payment requests in a timely and synchronized manner, aligned with agency payment terms, to optimize cash flow and financial management.
  • Receipt and Compliance Management: Secure both physical and digital Official Receipts (ORs) from suppliers and provide Form 2307 for OR transactions, ensuring seamless tax compliance and robust financial record-keeping.
