URGENT

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The Accounting Manager will work closely with our accounting team to ensure timely and efficient financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

  2. Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and journal entries.

  3. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.

  4. Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  5. Manage and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor invoices and customer payments.

  6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

  7. Perform month-end and year-end close procedures.

  8. Collaborate with accounting team to ensure timely and efficient financial reporting.

  9. Provide financial data and insights to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.

  2. 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

  3. Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.

  4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.

  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  6. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.

  7. Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.Certified Bookkeeper (CB), Licensed Accountant, or at least 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager in a group of companies.

  1. Experience with financial reporting and analysis.

  2. Familiarity with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

  3. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Work Environment:

  1. Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
