Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns and HR inquiries.
  • Promote a positive work environment and address employee issues with fairness and professionalism.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal events.

2. Performance Management & Development

  • Assist in implementing the performance evaluation process across departments.
  • Support supervisors and managers in addressing performance concerns, coaching, and employee development.
  • Coordinate training programs and learning initiatives tailored to the F&B industry.

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
  • Ensure proper documentation of corrective actions, incident reports, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage attendance monitoring, leave tracking, and policy enforcement.

4. Compliance & Labor Relations

  • Ensure company policies and practices are aligned with labor laws and industry standards.
  • Prepare and maintain reports required by government agencies and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in resolving labor issues and maintaining compliance with workplace standards.

5. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support recruitment by screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the F&B operations.
  • Coordinate with department heads on staffing needs, particularly in restaurant and kitchen operations.

6. HR Programs & Initiatives

  • Participate in the planning and execution of HR-driven programs such as diversity, inclusion, wellness, and retention.
  • Recommend process improvements and HR best practices tailored to F&B business needs.
  • Provide data and insights for HR reporting and decision-making.
