The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This role covers a wide range of functions including, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and the HR masterlist.
  • Knowledgeable in government-mandated benefits and requirements (BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and the Philippine Labor Code.
  • Draft, implement, and update company policies and the employee handbook.
  • Coordinate with department managers on HR matters and employee-related concerns.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Organize seminars, trainings, and development programs to enhance employee skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government benefits.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Firm and professional attitude in handling HR responsibilities.
