Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations and assist in implementing HR policies, programs, and practices. This role will handle various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate and conduct recruitment processes: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support conflict resolution and employee grievance processes.
  • Foster a positive working environment aligned with company values.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR documentation.
  • Support HR reporting and analytics.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure company policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist with internal audits and compliance reviews.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and handbooks.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee communications.
  • Support payroll processing with accurate data entry and coordination with the finance department.

Performance Management

  • Support the annual performance review process.
  • Track employee development and training activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
