HR GENERALIST (Quezon City)
Job Description
- HR Operations & Compliance – Ensure smooth execution of HR functions, consistent policy implementation, and compliance with labor standards.
- Recruitment & Talent Management – Collaborate with the HR Officer to attract, assess, and onboard qualified talent.
- Payroll & Benefits Coordination – Oversee payroll accuracy and ensure timely processing in coordination with the finance team.
- Employee Relations & Retention – Serve as a bridge between management and employees, promoting a productive and engaged workforce.
- Performance & Training Programs – Drive performance management, handle disciplinary cases, and develop training and development strategies.
- Administrative Oversight – Supervise the Admin Officer, Admin Staff, and Equipment Associates to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, leadership, and people management skills.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to implement new processes that enhance efficiency and employee engagement.
