About the Role:
Team Ridemax Philippines is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our growing HR team. Reporting to the HR Supervisor, this role will focus on Employee Relations while providing overall support to help foster a positive, engaged, and productive workforce. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and supportive employee experience throughout their time with us.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Employee Relations: Offer expert guidance to managers and employees on various employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and resolving grievances.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve employee concerns, ensuring that all issues are handled in a fair, timely, and professional manner.
- Employee Engagement: Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels. Work closely with leadership to create and implement initiatives that improve employee morale.
- Training & Development: Provide training for managers and team leaders on best practices in people management, conflict resolution, and communication.
- HR Policy & Procedure Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring all documentation is compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside the wider HR team to execute strategic HR initiatives, including employee development programs and organizational improvement projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an Employee Relations or HR Generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in employee relations and people management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a strong ability to manage and maintain employee records and generate reports.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with other HR team members on cross-functional initiatives.
