Key Responsibilities:

  • Processes Purchase Requisitions (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO) for MFC, CH and HQ requirements.
  • Canvass items and services from multiple suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and terms.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery timelines, order confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Negotiates with accredited vendors to maximize cost efficiency and savings.
  • Analyzes requisition deviations, recommends corrective actions, and raises support tickets as needed.

  • Ensures compliance with Internal Control Standards (ICS), Finance & Accounting Reporting Principles, and audit requirements.
  • Secures and protects company assets assigned for confidentiality, integrity and availability.
  • Maintains a secure working environment for customers, subordinates and employees by establishing and cascading security policies and procedures
  • Initiates campaign to expand the supplier/transporter database.
  • Assists in documenting Logistics Services in line with group compliance standards.
  • Improves and updates the spot freight matrix for delivered sales based on prevailing and projected market conditions.
  • Ensures accurate and complete freight rate to all delivered transactions across all plants for billing purposes
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Procurement Lead.

Qualifications, Certifications And Education Requirements:

  • Preferably Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • Comfortable using GSuite and MS Office Application
  • Must be open to travel

Job Type: Full-time
