DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Scheduling and Coordination:

Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.

Coordinating with LGUs, and clients.

Managing and organizing field work related documents.

Managing organizational spending and budgets as needed.

Communication:

Serving as a point of contact for employees and customers.

Communicating effectively with diverse groups of people.

Maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Others:

Organizing project details.

Maintaining databases.

Assisting in planning and coordinating events or meetings.

Preparing reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Social Work or related field.

· Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) works such as but not limited to volunteerism undertakings, charity fundraising, sales and marketing from a corporate foundation or NGO would be an advantage.

· Willingness to do field work most of the time

· Demonstrated ability to plan and organize project

· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with changing priorities with enthusiasm

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Must have exposure in organizing and conducting community/outreach programs, sponsorship events, research or other similar initiatives
