Job Description
Duties and Responsibility:
- HR Services & Admin Support - serves as point person for employee reports, benefits, company assets, employee concerns and guidelines cascade/ implementation.
- Finance and Accounting - encode all sales transactions; monitors sales performances, expenses, net income; controls discounts and operational expenses; prepares sales dashboard; coordinates with Finance counterparts for P&L reports.
- Supply Chain - develop and monitor our company's supply chain strategy. His/her goal is to improve productivity and efficiency and reduce costs while securing high quality material, appropriate margins and discounts, inventory level and speedy purchasing process. Has to ensure sufficient inventory and efficient purchasing process and timeline.
- Inventory Management - conducts regular inventory monitoring, check and balance with sales team and finance/ treasury department.
Background and Qualifications:
- The candidate must be a graduate of business course or with solid experience in accounting, finance, invoicing, purchasing.
- Preferably with supervisory or people management experience.
- Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office utilities.
- Knowledge on Netsuite Database is an advantage.
- With good communication skills (oral and written)
- Keen on details, data management and analysis.
