About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Assistant with a strong background in high-volume recruitment to join our team on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we meet staffing needs for large-scale hiring projects within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring initiatives, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates through various platforms, job fairs, and referral programs.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and job offers efficiently.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and timelines.
- Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in mass hiring or high-volume recruitment (preferably 1–2 years or more).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Pay: From Php20,500.00 per month
