Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures that the employee details are accurately documented in the employee records.
  • Follow up with the employees on their employment requirements.
  • Responds to employee inquiries through the ticketing tools.
  • A knack for graphic design to help out on Engagement Activities.
  • Assists with organizing company events and Engagement Activities.
  • Prepares the logistics for the New Hire Orientation.
  • Performs ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Working towards a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Able to communicate and listen effectively, great written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ready to roll-up sleeves and be hands-on.
  • Initiative, Pro-active, Energetic, and Self-driven.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Applications.
  • With a minimum internship of 300 hours.
  • Can start immediately.
  • One (1) internship position available.
  • Must be willing to work onsite (Gamma, Level 36 Cyberscape, Topaz Rd, Ortigas Center).
