Job Summary

The Junior Recruitment Specialist supports the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. The role is focused on building candidate pipelines, managing recruitment activities, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while learning and growing within the HR and Talent Acquisition function.


Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Screening
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.
Recruitment Coordination
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in administering assessments and pre-employment requirements.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Support
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and other hiring initiatives.
Candidate Experience & Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive recruitment journey.
  • Promote the company's employer brand through consistent and engaging communication.
Reporting & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate and updated recruitment reports and trackers.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR support (internship experience is acceptable).
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and labor regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with ATS or HRIS is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the HR and Talent Acquisition function.
