
Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting top talent with the right roles and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Execution
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers.
- Partner with department heads to determine staffing needs and develop appropriate job descriptions.
- Develop, post, and manage job advertisements on various platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Screen incoming resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination & Candidate Management
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to ensure efficient process flow.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles through online sourcing, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future manpower needs.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate and job requisition data.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and hiring conversion rates.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and local employment laws.
Employer Branding & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support employer branding initiatives by contributing to content development, job fair participation, and digital presence.
- Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding, employee engagement, and workforce planning efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or shared services environment.
- Experience with bulk or multi-role hiring is an advantage.
- Proficient in using ATS, HRIS platforms, and job portals.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment compliance best practices.
