Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations: Manage daily office tasks, oversee office supplies, maintain equipment, and offer basic IT support. Handle general admin duties like phone and email communication, and office coordination.
  • Document & Records Management: Maintain accurate records of files and transactions, ensure compliance with regulations, and handle procurement and inventory to keep resources available.
  • Client & Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers, ensuring a positive experience face-to-face, or via phone, email, and mail. Respond to inquiries and provide timely assistance.
  • Appointment & Lead Management: Qualify potential clients, schedule appointments, maintain CRM data, and assist in converting leads into opportunities.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Assist in promoting the company and its services through on-ground, offsite and onsite marketing platforms. Design engaging programs to increase visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Events Coordination: Assist the Director in scheduling, organizing and managing wakes and interment events, coordinate staff availability, and handle customer requests and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent experience in office administration, business management, or related fields.
  • 1+ year of experience in office administration, customer service, or office management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite; CRM and social media management experience is a plus.
  • Strong marketing knowledge with a focus on social media strategy and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, positive attitude and team-oriented.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing in industries like memorial parks, real estate, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Professional interpersonal skills and the ability to handle face-to-face interactions with clients and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
