Administrative Officer

- Create policies through memorandum across all departments.
- Supervise daily office operations to ensure efficiency. Escalate concerns in advance as needed.
- Ensure over-all discipline, compliance of all employees with regard to all memorandum issued, code of conduct, and ethics.
- Attend & manage all employee relations concerns. Update of all necessary permits, license and ensure compliance across government agencies concerned.
- Be the lead liaison officer for all government relations and concerns. All government transactions should be pre-managed with board.
- Manage and report office supplies and equipment maintenance needs.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Create an organized & accurate records of purchases, inventories, and other important documents and file accordingly.
- Review, recommend and ensure that all policies are up to date and in compliance with Philippine laws.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Track expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
- All other concerns related to administration that are not articulated above.
- Ensure seamless management of execution of special projects deemed by board as necessary.
- Prepare DTRs of employees.
- Ensure all employee contracts, 201 and health compliance are strictly updated, filed and organized.
