We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our company's financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting long-term business goals through data-driven insights and effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
  • Analyze financial performance and prepare regular management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements)
  • Monitor and manage company cash flow, expenses, and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and international financial regulations and reporting standards
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process
  • Supervise accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general accounting functions
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and projections
  • Develop and maintain internal financial policies, procedures, and controls
  • Manage and mentor finance team members to ensure productivity and development
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business performance

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is an advantage
  • Minimum [5+] years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least [2+] years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills\
  • CAN START ASAP.
  • Amenable to work in a start up Company.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php80,000.00 per month
