is seeking an experienced
Finance Manager
with a strong global finance background—preferably in the US and Philippines—to lead financial operations, planning, and compliance in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of managerial experience, a deep understanding of local GAAP, tax compliance, intercompany transactions, and proven team leadership skills. This role will drive financial strategy, ensure process excellence, and partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth across global operations.

Education and Qualifications:

• BA or BS in economics, finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• 3-5 years managerial experience
• Management accounting
• Management reporting
• Transfer pricing knowledge.
• Expert Local GAAP
• Local tax and company compliances
• Experience in intercompany transactions, reconciliation, and invoicing.
• Liaising with bank, auditor, consultants, tax authorities.
• Internal finance control set up.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management.
• Maintains accounting system.
• Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.
• Reviews financial reports.
• Prepares financial forecasts.
• Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.
• Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
• Assists management to make financial decisions.
• Supervises employees.
• Investigates means to improve profitability.
• Reviews and processes payments of the company.
• Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
• Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
