Reporting to the Financial Controller in Headquarters, the Finance Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day accounting functions of the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore entities. This role is tasked with ensuring the team strictly adheres to all corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the accounting team in handling comprehensive day-to-day functions for the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore offices.
  • Manage and comply with diverse regulatory reporting requirements and tax filings across PH, MY, and SG.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax advisors to ensure smooth financial compilations and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure the team meets all corporate standards, productivity targets, and internal control requirements through active management and discipline.
  • Deliver timely and accurate management reports to Headquarters, enforcing strict deadlines for all regional financial data.
  • Monitor and implement internal control processes and budgetary controls to improve systems and financial performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with PICPA or ACCA qualification.
  • Solid experience in leading a team for a BPO or multinational company; Big 4 audit experience is highly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of taxation and regulatory requirements, particularly for the Philippines market, is a MUST.
  • High level of initiative and the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office), with Microsoft Dynamics AX experience considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
