Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decisions.
- Ensure full compliance with BIR, SEC, and PFRS/IFRS requirements.
- Manage audits, treasury functions, and cash flow optimization.
- Utilize SAP HANA to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and data integrity.
- Partner with operations and commercial teams to provide actionable financial insights.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
- 5–8 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in retail, distribution, or FMCG.
- Proficient in SAP S/4HANA or SAP HANA.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
