Overview

  • The presales engineer for services will be handling the cybersecurity services offering of the SEC group. The role covers working with the product presales to provide an end-to-end solution and services offer to client.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet financial objectives set at the start of the fiscal year – order, revenue, contribution margin
  • Monitor Profit & Loss of assigned projects.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support, consultation and presentations focusing on security services to sales and clients.
  • Scope and clearly translate client's services requirements into Statement of Work (SOW) in relation to the cybersecurity solution offered.
  • Work with Product Presales (Security), Technology Partners and internal Delivery group in formulating the SOW, RACI, timeline and other services related requirements needed for the project.
  • Formulate or create service package, solution and technical proposal including costing/pricing
  • Assist Business Unit Head in developing or creating new service package for the Group
  • Develop services business opportunities in the Industry or Sales Division assigned

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in Handling security products
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure services e.g., installation, warranty.
  • Knowledge in implementation of cybersecurity solutions is a plus
  • Adept in Cybersecurity solutions e.g., Firewall, Endpoint Security, WAF, DLP, SASE, etc.
  • Presentation skills and Negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Team player, positive attitude, and good listener
  • Effective time management skills

  • Salary Range: Php40,000-70,000
