PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in presales technical research, product demonstrations, and project design.
  • Provide phone and email support for client-reported issues.
  • Conduct functionality testing of products prior to delivery to clients or deployment in projects.
  • Perform testing and commissioning of installed systems and projects.
  • Prepare training materials and documentation for the turnover of completed projects.
  • Provide onsite troubleshooting for client-reported technical issues.
  • Assist in maintaining the company's network infrastructure.
  • Perform other technical support-related activities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or any related field.
  • Must have a valid Azure Certification.
  • Must be knowledgeable in networking.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work onsite at our Makati office and open to fieldwork.
