Job Title: Performance Marketer.

Part-Time | 5 hours a day (Tuesday to Friday) | New Zealand Time

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all digital marketing initiatives - paid and organic.
  • Run and optimise paid & organic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube & Google.
  • Craft high-converting ad creatives, copy, and messaging
  • Grow organic engagement with consistent, quality content
  • Track metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS & conversions
  • Conduct audience/competitor research
  • Align marketing direction with leadership
  • Test, analyse, and refine campaigns for maximum ROI

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of performance marketing experience
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills - able to write compelling, audience-specific content.
  • Deep understanding of brand psychology & audience segmentation
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads & analytics tools
  • Strategic thinker with creative execution capabilities
  • Proactive, analytical, and audience-first mindset

Job Type: Part-time
