Head of Marketing – Digital Marketing Agency

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly strategic Head of Marketing who can provide strong leadership during a transition period and drive growth across our digital marketing channels. With current marketing leadership temporarily unavailable, this role is critical in maintaining momentum, improving performance, and elevating the quality of our SEO and Paid Ads initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is:
- A forward-thinking marketer,
- Highly updated with modern SEO and Paid Ads best practices,
- Capable of leading and creating strategy while supporting a small execution team,
- Able to operate independently and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead and oversee overall marketing strategy across SEO, Paid Ads, and broader digital initiatives.
- Provide strategic direction to existing Paid Ads and Social Media team members.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen top-of-funnel growth, conversions, and ROI.
- Develop data-driven marketing plans aligned with business and revenue goals.
SEO Strategy & Performance (Priority Area):
- Own the SEO roadmap and ensure it is aligned with current best practices.
- Conduct SEO strategy audits, competitor research, and technical/content optimization plans.
- Drive organic traffic growth and ensure measurable improvements.
- Present clear results, case studies, or frameworks during interviews and ongoing work.
Paid Ads Strategy (Secondary Priority):
- Review and guide Paid Ads strategy (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Ensure campaigns are optimized for performance and aligned with broader marketing goals.
- Collaborate with internal Paid Ads Strategists to elevate execution quality.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Leadership, Operations, and Sales for aligned marketing initiatives.
- Provide direction on content, messaging, funnel optimization, and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Strong, proven SEO expertise with demonstrable case studies or performance results.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and modern digital marketing practices.
- Experience in marketing leadership, strategic planning, and team guidance.
- Up-to-date on current SEO trends, algorithm updates, and performance frameworks.
- Ability to evaluate campaign reports and identify actionable insights.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
- 5+ years in digital marketing with clear SEO accomplishments. Experience in healthcare marketing is a strong plus point.
- Previous experience as a Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, Growth Lead, or similar role.
- Experience working with international markets (PH, US, SG, etc.) is a bonus.
