Our client is seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist who will help strengthen the company's brand presence, support campaign execution, and drive engagement across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has strong marketing fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns (digital and traditional)
  • Create and manage content for social media, website, and marketing collaterals
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for campaign production
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.)
  • Support brand initiatives and ensure brand consistency across channels
  • Assist in events, webinars, product launches, and promotional activities
  • Manage CRM or email marketing platforms (optional depending on company)
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing proposals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Experience in content creation and basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop is a plus)
  • Analytical mindset; able to interpret data and performance metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, creative, and able to handle multiple projects
