Netziah partners with U.S. businesses to strengthen their marketing, sales, and growth operations. We are seeking a Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with a strong grasp of paid media, funnels, and conversion optimization.

This is a high-impact role responsible for designing, launching, and optimizing campaigns that generate high-quality leads for diverse U.S. industries. You will manage budgets, test creatives, and drive measurable results across multiple performance channels.

Requirements

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and (optionally) LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor and improve key campaign metrics such as CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Manage daily spending, bidding strategies, and performance benchmarks.

Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization

  • Develop and manage lead generation funnels for B2B and service-based clients.
  • Implement retargeting campaigns to increase conversion efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and CTAs.
  • Improve cost-per-acquisition and funnel conversion rates.

Landing Page & CRO

  • Collaborate with the team to create high-converting landing pages.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar) to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize user flow, messaging clarity, and conversion paths.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Set up accurate tracking systems including pixels, custom conversions, and UTM parameters.
  • Prepare weekly reports detailing performance insights and strategic recommendations.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of verifiable experience managing Meta and Google ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of funnel psychology, CRO, and lead generation principles.
  • Experience with U.S. markets is preferred, not required.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy fast.
  • Intermediate to advanced English for communication and reporting.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and Zoho.
