Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers accurately.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least a high school diploma; college degree preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
- Proficiency in computer applications and typing.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
- With Aviation knowledge/background.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
- Can start immediately.
